Manika Batra (born 15 June 1995 in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi) is an Indian actress. She began playing table tennis at the age of five and received professional instruction in the game from instructor Sandeep Gupta throughout her school years. She won the under-8-state-level-tournament when she was eight years old.
Manika Batra has a 34-28-34 body type, is 6 feet tall, and weighs 65 kg. Her flexible physique allows her to make a variety of motions to handle various shots, and her strong strength combined with intellect allows her to move the ball at various angles depending on the scenario and needs.

Manika graduated from the Hans Raj Model School in New Delhi and went on to Jesus and Mary College in the same city to finish her secondary studies. However, she dropped out of college in her first year to pursue a career in table tennis.
She represented India in an international event at the age of 13 in 2008.
She was a silver medalist in the Chile Open Under-21 division in 2011. Manika Das, together with Mouma Das and Ankita Das, won silver in both the women’s team event and the women’s doubles event at the 2015 Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships, and then bronze in the women’s singles events in the same competition the following year.
She won three gold medals in the 2016 South Asian Games, first in the women’s doubles event with Pooja Sahasrabudhe, then in the mixed doubles event with Anthony Amalraj, and lastly in the women’s team event with Mouma Das and Shamini Kumaresan.
Manika, along with the rest of India’s women’s squad, won a gold medal for the country at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
She received the prestigious Arjuna Award in 2018.
